An economist specializing in labor economics, social security, international cooperation, and global education. Holds dual Ph.D. degrees in Economics from universities in China and the United States, with extensive experience in academic research and policy analysis. Has published widely in the fields of economics, education, and public policy, and serves as an executive editor and peer reviewer for international academic journals. Supports global enterprises in establishing local partnerships in the United States.

Executive Director

An international business professional with extensive experience in educational administration and business management instruction, specializing in Mandarin–English bilingual environments. Skilled in cross-cultural communication and project management interpretation, she supports organizations, institutions, and teams in achieving clear alignment and effective execution. With a strong understanding of global business practices and education systems, she bridges language, culture, and strategy to drive successful outcomes.  Grace has an undergraduate degree in International Business and a Masters in Education.

Vice President

After receiving a BS in Atmospheric Science from the University of Michigan, Dorothy worked for the State of Michigan in the Air Quality Division for 31 years, first as a Meteorologist and then as an Environmental Quality Analyst.  She also spent a total of 5.5 years teaching English in China between 1986 and 2019.  Dorothy is presently retired but is actively involved as a volunteer, including working with foreign students to learn English and culture while adjusting to life in America.

Seasoned and successful executive with international experience in developing award-winning, cutting-edge technology products, leading and mentoring global teams, and implementing best practices to transform development processes that produce results.  David has  Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in I/O Psychology.
